Evaluating Opportunities
Longleaf assists purchasers with selecting a development site that best meets their needs. We can tailor a site evaluation report to the needs of each client. A typical report contains the following:
- Inventory of physical site characteristics;
- Site accessibility evaluation;
- Required off-site improvements (utilities, roadways, etc.);
- Utility service evaluation;
- Summary of zoning and development code application to the site;
- Process and permits/entitlements required prior to site development; and
- Preliminary site grading, utility planning, and cost estimates provided through collaboration with partner firms.
Longleaf also provides clients with PLANNING SERVICES including concept site plan development to further determine the ability of the site to meet the Client's needs.
